Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-425.01 regarding licensure of home health agencies by the state department.

Allows the department to issue a license to home health agencies that are Medicare-certified, licensed by the department for at least one year, and meet all department licensure requirements without requiring a separate state licensure survey.

Clarifies that "home health agency" has the same meaning as prescribed in Section 36-151 of Arizona law.

Retains full departmental authority over licensed home health agencies to ensure licensure requirements are maintained.

Establishes a licensure period not exceeding two years.
