Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-3601 to modify domestic violence arrest procedures and requirements for peace officers responding to domestic violence calls.

Raises the minimum age requirement for mandatory arrest in domestic violence cases involving physical injury or use of deadly weapons from any age to at least fifteen years old.

Adds requirement that peace officers must inform alleged or potential victims of websites for local domestic violence resources in addition to existing notification requirements about protection orders and emergency services.

Requires peace officers responding to domestic violence calls to determine if a minor is present and conduct a child welfare check to assess safety and potential child abuse or domestic violence victimization.
