Creates a new offense of "cyclist or pedestrian harassment" in Arizona law by adding section 13-2921.02 to Title 13, Chapter 29 of the Arizona Revised Statutes.

Makes it illegal to intentionally cause a person walking or riding a bicycle on a roadway to crash, stumble, or fall through intimidation, harassment, threats of physical injury, or throwing/expelling objects at them.

Classifies violation of this offense as a class 1 misdemeanor.
