Exempts individuals residing in states without adjuster licenses from examination requirements if they adjust portable electronics insurance claims in Arizona.

Allows Canadian residents and residents of non-licensing states to apply for licenses to adjust portable electronics insurance claims in Arizona if permitted in their home state.

Changes "portable electronics insurance policy" to "portable electronics insurance program" in eligibility and underwriting standards provisions.

Removes sixty-day refund deadline requirement from initial disclosure brochures for portable electronics insurance policies in Section 20-1693.02.

Adds new requirement that enrolled customers receive pro rata refunds or credits of unearned premiums within sixty days of cancellation notice under Section 20-1693.05, subsection F.
