Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3212 regarding child prostitution classifications and sentencing requirements.

Establishes mandatory consecutive sentencing for violations involving minors ages 15-17, requiring sentences to be served consecutively with any other sentences imposed at any time.

Creates enhanced sentencing ranges for child prostitution involving minors ages 15-17 under subsection A, with minimum 13 years, presumptive 20 years, and maximum 27 years for first offense; increases to 23-37 years for defendants with prior convictions.

Maintains class 2 felony classification for child prostitution involving minors under 15 and those ages 15-17, with no eligibility for sentence suspension, probation, pardon, or release except as authorized by section 31-233.

Preserves class 6 felony classification for prostitution with minors ages 15-17 by adults, allowing probation with mandatory 180-day jail term that may be partially suspended if defendant completes court-ordered treatment.
