Allows faculty members at Arizona community colleges, provisional community colleges, and universities under the Arizona Board of Regents to carry concealed firearms on campus if they possess a valid concealed weapons permit under A.R.S. § 13-3112.

Defines "faculty member" as employees with titles of professor, associate professor, assistant professor, instructor, or lecturer who conduct classroom or teaching activities.

Excludes visiting, adjunct, research, clinical, teaching assistant, associate, and research assistant positions from the definition of faculty member eligible to carry concealed firearms.

Amends Title 15, Chapter 14 of the Arizona Revised Statutes by adding Article 12 regarding carrying of concealed firearms on higher education campuses.
