Requires school districts beginning in the 2015-2016 school year to maintain a confidential list of pupils with a grade-point average of 2.0 or lower on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.

Mandates that school districts provide academic interventions to pupils on the low GPA list until their grade-point average exceeds 2.0 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.

Allows school district governing boards to determine the types of academic interventions, which may include tutoring, additional class time, sessions with subject specialists, or other appropriate interventions.

Amends Section 15-341 of Arizona Revised Statutes to add these academic intervention requirements to the general powers and duties of school district governing boards.
