Amends section 4-202 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding qualifications for spirituous liquor licensees.

Removes the requirement that applicants must provide financial disclosure statements "on the request of the director" and makes it a mandatory requirement for all license issuance or renewal.

Department of liquor licenses and control shall not issue or renew a license unless the applicant provides complete financial disclosure statements including all financial holdings, cosignatories, land, buildings, leases, and other indebtedness related to the license.

Corrects existing statutory language regarding license denial for prior revocations and felony convictions within specified timeframes.
