Amends Arizona condominium law to hold individual board members jointly and severally liable for attorney fees when a unit owner successfully compels board compliance with condominium documents or Arizona law.

Prohibits associations from indemnifying board members for attorney fee liability unless approved by a two-thirds vote of membership.

Adds identical indemnification requirements to planned community law (section 33-1810).

Clarifies conflict of interest procedures for board members by removing the word "then" and specifying members "may not" vote on issues where they have a financial conflict.

Requires boards to provide unit owners a copy of any ratified budget within the condominium documents.
