Repeals Title 11, Chapter 7, Article 8 of Arizona Revised Statutes and sections 13-1509, 13-2928, 13-2929, and 41-1724 relating to immigration enforcement.

Removes the gang and immigration intelligence team enforcement mission border security and law enforcement subaccount from the penalty assessment fund for court fines and penalties.

Eliminates language from smuggling law that authorized peace officers to stop persons for civil traffic violations based on reasonable suspicion of human smuggling.

Removes arrest authority for peace officers to arrest without warrant persons who have committed public offenses making them removable from the United States.

Removes entrapment affirmative defense provisions that had been added to employer sanctions laws for knowing and intentional employment of unauthorized aliens.
