Proposes repealing Arizona's medical marijuana program (Title 36, Chapter 28.1) and related provisions.

Removes references to medical marijuana cardholders from prohibitions on marijuana possession in schools, universities, and child care facilities.

Repeals Section 32-3215 and eliminates the tax exemption for nonprofit medical marijuana dispensaries under Section 43-1201.

Removes requirements for the state prescription drug monitoring database to track medical marijuana registry cardholders.

Requires voter approval through ballot measure at the next general election to implement the repeal.
