AZ HCR2013

Proposes an amendment to Article VII, Section 10 of the Arizona Constitution to modify the state's primary election system.

Removes the requirement for a direct primary election law and instead allows nomination of candidates through caucus, convention, or other methods chosen by political parties.

Grants political parties the authority to determine whether to allow non-members to participate in their nomination processes.

Eliminates the provision allowing voters registered as "no party preference" or independent to automatically vote in any qualified political party's primary election.

Directs the Secretary of State to submit the proposed constitutional amendment to voters at the next general election.
