AZ HCR2014

Proposes a measure to be submitted to Arizona voters that would amend Title 20 of Arizona Revised Statutes by adding Chapter 23 relating to health care exchanges.

Enacts a prohibition preventing the state of Arizona from establishing or administering a state-based health care exchange.

Directs the Secretary of State to submit the proposition to voters at the next general election pursuant to Arizona Constitution Article IV, Part 1, Section 1.
