Urges the United States Congress to reauthorize the Violence Against Women Act, which has saved lives and assisted millions of victims since its initial enactment.

Recognizes that domestic violence, sexual violence, dating violence, and stalking affect victims across all socioeconomic and racial backgrounds, including immigrant, Native American, and LGBTQ populations.

Calls for tribal courts to be granted jurisdiction over cases involving Native American victims or perpetrators, or incidents occurring on sovereign tribal lands.

Requests Congress to act swiftly and in a bipartisan manner to reauthorize the Violence Against Women Act and ensure protections are available for all people facing domestic, sexual, dating, and stalking violence.

Directs Arizona's Secretary of State to transmit copies of this memorial to the U.S. Senate President, U.S. House Speaker, and all Arizona members of Congress.
