Requires subdividers selling lots in subdivisions outside active management areas to record a water adequacy or inadequacy statement with the county recorder beginning January 1, 2014.

Water supply status must be determined pursuant to section 45-108 and recorded with the subdivision plat along with a legal description of the affected land.

If a water supply is later determined to be adequate by the Department of Water Resources, the water provider must notify affected customers in writing.

Exempts subdividers already required to provide recorded water adequacy disclosures under section 33-406.

Defines "subdivider" as having the same meaning as in section 32-2101.
