AZ SB1015

Authorizes the director to issue up to 25 beer festival licenses per calendar year to each licensed domestic microbrewery, allowing sampling and sales of microbrewery products on festival premises for up to 75 total days per microbrewery.

Beer festival license fee is $15 per event, subject to approval by board of supervisors for unincorporated areas or city/town governing bodies for events within their jurisdiction.

Permits beer fair licenses at sanctioned county or state fairs with permission from fair organizers, allowing domestic microbreweries to sample and sell products with a $15 fee per event.

Allows sale of microbrewery products in original containers for off-premises consumption at both beer festivals and beer fairs.

Requires two-thirds affirmative vote in each house of the legislature for enactment; dedicates the act to the memory of Christopher Wilson.
