Transfers authority and operational control of the mining and mineral museum from the Arizona Historical Society to the Arizona Geological Survey.

Authorizes the state geologist to establish entrance fees for museum visitors aged 18 and older, operate a retail gift shop selling mineral specimens and mineral-related items, employ a curator, and manage maintenance and operations expenses.

Establishes a separate account within the Geological Survey Fund to hold revenues from museum operations and fees specifically for museum maintenance and operations.

Adds the state geologist as a member of the centennial and mining and mineral museum advisory council to provide oversight and guidance on museum operations, educational programming, and curator hiring.

Allocates annual donations from Arizona centennial special license plate sales to the Arizona Historical Society for maintenance and operations of the centennial museum that houses the mining and mineral museum.
