Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 35-451.01 regarding bond authorizations for unified school districts formed from common or high school districts.

Outstanding bond authorizations remain valid when districts merge into a unified school district, with the unified district gaining all powers to issue those bonds for their original purposes.

Bonds issued under this provision shall have the same effect as if approved by unified district electors after formation.

Indebtedness cannot exceed the percentage limitation prescribed for unified school districts under Arizona Constitution Article IX, Section 8.1.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language regarding "provisions of" and corrects constitutional article citation from "article 9" to "article IX".
