Requires legislators to file a written disclosure statement when casting a vote on any bill, memorial, or resolution in which they have a direct financial interest.

Disclosure statements must identify the legislation, the legislator's vote, and the nature of the financial interest, and be filed with the chief clerk or secretary of the senate.

Posted disclosures shall appear on each legislator's web page in a designated "disclosure of direct financial interest" section on the legislature's website.

Exempts disclosures when the financial interest applies to all legislators by virtue of their employment as public officers, and exempts votes cast in committee of the whole.

Establishes violation as a class 1 misdemeanor for intentional or knowing failure to comply with disclosure requirements.
