Applies existing prohibitions on carrying weapons at school grounds to postsecondary institutions, with the same exceptions for lawful activities and authorized personnel.

Clarifies that the enhanced felony penalty for weapon possession at schools applies when violations occur at postsecondary educational institutions or in connection with specific violent offenses.
