Adds "large capacity ammunition feeding device" to Arizona's definition of prohibited weapons, defined as a magazine, drum, feed strip or similar device capable of holding more than 10 rounds of ammunition, with exception for tubular devices designed only for .22 caliber rimfire ammunition.

Makes it illegal to manufacture, possess, transport, sell or transfer a large capacity ammunition feeding device under misconduct involving weapons statutes.

Renumbers existing definitions in Arizona Revised Statutes § 13-3101 to accommodate the new large capacity magazine definition, shifting "prohibited possessor" from paragraph 7 to 8 and "prohibited weapon" from paragraph 8 to 9.

Updates cross-references throughout § 13-925, § 13-3102, § 13-3110 and § 13-3112 to reflect the renumbered statute provisions.
