Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-1204 to add certified process servers to the list of individuals whose assault constitutes aggravated assault.

Assault on a certified process server while engaged in serving or attempting to serve process is classified as aggravated assault under subsection A, paragraph 8, subdivision (j).

Defines "certified process server" as any officer of the court who is certified to serve process.

Establishes that aggravated assault on a certified process server is a class 6 felony, consistent with other assaults on protected professionals listed in subsection A, paragraph 8.
