Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-2204 regarding defrauding secured creditors.

Maintains that a person commits defrauding secured creditors when knowingly destroying, removing, concealing, encumbering, converting, selling, obtaining, transferring, controlling or otherwise dealing with property subject to a security interest with intent to hinder enforcement.

Classifies defrauding secured creditors as a class 6 felony.

Defines "control" as having the same meaning prescribed by section 13-1801.

Corrects section numbering by reorganizing subsections from C, B to proper sequential order B, C.
