Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-2504 to add "a juvenile secure care facility" to the list of facilities from which escape in the first degree is defined.

Clarifies that escape in the first degree applies to escaping from custody, a juvenile secure care facility, a juvenile detention facility, or an adult correctional facility by using or threatening physical force or a deadly weapon against another person.

Maintains escape in the first degree as a class 4 felony with sentences that must run consecutively to any sentence of imprisonment, confinement in a secure care facility, or term of community supervision.

Makes technical language correction to specify that consecutive sentences apply to "confinement in a secure care facility" in addition to existing sentence types.
