Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-2006 relating to the Department of Health Services monitoring of alcohol and drug screening, education, and treatment programs.

Corrects a statutory reference by replacing citation "8-249" with "8-343" in the list of sections that govern programs and facilities subject to monitoring.

Requires the Department of Health Services to adopt rules establishing standards for approval of alcohol and other drug screening, education, and treatment facilities.

Directs the Department of Health Services to establish standardized screening assessments and reporting and record-keeping requirements for these facilities.
