Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1822 to require peace officer training courses that emphasize the prohibition against motorcycle profiling.

Defines "motorcycle profiling" as using the sole fact that a person rides a motorcycle or wears motorcycle-related paraphernalia as the basis for law enforcement action (arrest, search, or questioning) without any other legal basis.

Mandates that basic peace officer training curricula include courses prohibiting motorcycle profiling as a discriminatory law enforcement practice.
