Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 22-131 to prohibit constables from engaging in private process serving outside their elected or appointed official duties.

Prohibits constables from owning any interest in entities that operate private process serving businesses.

Applicability provision exempts constables serving terms that began before the effective date of the act from these new restrictions.

Preserves existing constable duties including attendance at justice of the peace courts, execution and service of processes and warrants, and training requirements.
