Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 25-319 regarding maintenance (spousal support) in dissolution of marriage and legal separation proceedings.

Adds a new factor (item 14) for courts to consider when determining maintenance awards: a spouse's history of committing acts of domestic violence against the other spouse.

Makes a technical correction to item 13 by changing "results" to "resulted" in the phrase regarding criminal convictions where the other spouse or child was the victim.

Maintains existing provisions allowing courts to award maintenance based on thirteen other factors including standard of living, marriage duration, earning ability, financial resources, health insurance costs, and educational contributions.
