AZ SB1112

Prohibits public servants and federally licensed firearms dealers in Arizona from enforcing any federal laws, regulations, or orders relating to firearms, firearm accessories, or ammunition that are manufactured, owned, or remain exclusively within Arizona's borders.

Prohibits federal officials, agents, or employees from enforcing any federal firearm laws relating to firearms, accessories, or ammunition owned or manufactured in Arizona and retained within state borders.

Allows the Arizona Attorney General to defend state citizens prosecuted by the federal government for violations of federal firearm laws relating to firearms, accessories, or ammunition manufactured and retained exclusively within Arizona.

Declares unenforceable within Arizona any federal law, rule, regulation, or order effective on or after January 1, 2013 that bans or restricts semiautomatic firearms or magazines, or requires registration of firearms, magazines, or firearm accessories.

Establishes violation of the federal enforcement prohibition (subsection B) as a class 6 felony offense.
