Adds the fourth Monday in March as "Cesar Chavez Day" to Arizona's list of official state holidays enumerated in A.R.S. § 1-301.

Renumbers all subsequent holidays in the statute to accommodate the new Cesar Chavez Day holiday.

Repeals A.R.S. § 1-308, which previously addressed holiday observance rules related to the fourth Monday in March.

Applies existing holiday observance rules to Cesar Chavez Day, including provisions for when holidays fall on Sundays or Saturdays.
