Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 27-514 regarding the oil and gas conservation commission.

Modifies the appointment terms for commission members to be five years, expiring on the third Monday in January of the appropriate year, replacing language referencing specific expiration dates from 1960.

Maintains the commission structure of five appointed members (no more than three of the same political party) plus the state land commissioner serving ex officio without voting rights.

Requires appointive members to be U.S. citizens and Arizona residents for at least five years before appointment, with three members constituting a quorum for business.

Compensates appointive members according to Section 38-611 for each day spent performing official duties.
