Repeals section 41-3013.02 of the Arizona Revised Statutes effective retroactively to July 1, 2013.

Adds new section 41-3021.02 establishing a termination date of July 1, 2021 for the department of weights and measures.

Repeals Title 41, chapter 15 (weights and measures statutes) on January 1, 2022.

Continues the department of weights and measures to ensure commercial weights and measures are accurate, prevent unfair dealing in commodity sales, and provide standards for weighing and measuring equipment.
