Amends Section 4-204 of Arizona Revised Statutes to make technical corrections to language governing personal representatives and fiduciaries acting for alcoholic beverage licensees.

Changes "upon receiving permission" to "on receiving permission" and corrects grammatical references from "the provisions of this section shall" to "does not" for consistency with modern statutory language.

Clarifies that a person acting as administrator, executor, guardian, receiver, trustee, or assignee for a licensee may sell spirituous liquors under the original license for up to 24 months with director permission, unless the license is transferred to the surviving spouse or guardian of a minor child.

Allows unlicensed persons meeting Section 4-202 qualifications and possessing spirituous liquor through enforcement of security interests to sell such liquor to licensed wholesalers with director permission, while exempting them from specified licensing restrictions.
