Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 12-405 regarding change of venue procedures in superior court.

Allows a superior court in any county to transfer an action for trial to another county's superior court upon written consent of the parties or their attorneys.

Makes technical corrections to the statute language, changing "may, upon" to "on" and "of" to "in" for grammatical accuracy.

An order transferring venue must be entered on the court minutes.
