Expands the definition of "eligible person" across six Arizona statutes (sections 11-483, 11-484, 16-153, 28-454, 39-123, and 39-124) to include "former public officials" who can request confidentiality protections for their identifying information.

Defines "former public official" as a person who was previously duly elected, appointed, or retained through election to an elected state, county, or local office and who is no longer serving in that capacity.

Allows former public officials to request that county recorders, assessors, and treasurers restrict public access to their residential addresses and telephone numbers in recorded instruments and property records for five years.

Permits former public officials to request that voter registration records be sealed to prohibit public access to their residential address, telephone number, and voting precinct number for five years.

Allows former public officials to request redaction of their residential address and telephone number from Department of Transportation records and personnel files maintained by law enforcement agencies.
