Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-2301 to add animal fighting and cockfighting to the definition of "racketeering" under state organized crime laws.

Adds cockfighting and animal fighting as subsection (xxxi) to the list of predicate acts that constitute racketeering when committed for financial gain.

Allows prosecutors to charge individuals engaged in animal fighting or cockfighting enterprises as part of organized crime/racketeering activities rather than solely as animal cruelty offenses.

Makes animal fighting and cockfighting subject to enhanced penalties and civil remedies available under Arizona's racketeering statutes, including civil judgments against property or persons involved.
