Requires foods produced entirely or partially with genetic engineering to display clear and conspicuous labeling stating "genetically engineered" on the front of the package or on retail shelf labels for unpackaged commodities.

Prohibits foods produced with genetic engineering from being labeled or advertised as "natural," "naturally made," "naturally grown," or "all natural."

Exempts from labeling requirements: animal-derived foods, organic certified foods, foods with only genetically engineered processing aids or enzymes, foods tested and certified as non-genetically engineered, and foods prepared for immediate consumption in restaurants.

Exempts foods from non-genetically engineered sources grown without intentional use of genetically engineered seed or food, and medical foods.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-906 regarding food misbranding provisions to establish genetic engineering disclosure requirements.
