Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1231 regarding the definition of "gift" to exclude food or beverages provided by lobbyists, designated public lobbyists, or authorized public lobbyists at a cost of no more than $50 in a calendar year.

Modifies the definition of "gift" to clarify that food and beverage expenditures under the $50 annual threshold are not considered gifts and therefore do not require reporting under lobbying regulations.

Makes minor grammatical and technical corrections throughout the statute, including changing "which" to "that" and "utilizes" to "uses" in various definitions.

Applies the annual $50 meal limit to all types of lobbyists including designated lobbyists, authorized lobbyists, designated public lobbyists, and authorized public lobbyists.
