Amends Arizona Revised Statutes by adding Chapter 18 to Title 6, establishing mandatory reporting requirements for financial institutions regarding suspected financial abuse of elders.

Defines "elder" as a person at least 62 years of age and "financial abuse" as financial abuse or economic exploitation.

Requires financial institution officers or employees with direct contact with an elder or who review the elder's financial documents to report suspected financial abuse immediately to the Attorney General by telephone and within five business days in writing.

Directs the Attorney General to determine jurisdiction over the case and notify the financial institution; if lacking jurisdiction, the institution must notify local law enforcement immediately by phone and submit a written report within three business days.

Provides civil and criminal immunity to financial institutions and persons making good faith reports of suspected financial abuse and to those participating in any resulting judicial proceedings.
