Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-710 to expand required instruction on the U.S. Constitution in high schools.

Requires instruction on the Constitution of the United States and American institutions to be given in accordance with state course of study for at least one year of common school grades and in each year of high school grades.

Mandates that high school constitutional instruction include the founding principles of the United States, the Declaration of Independence, and the Bill of Rights.

Maintains existing requirements for instruction on the Arizona Constitution and Arizona history (including Native American history) for at least one year of common school and high school grades.
