Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 8-817 to require law enforcement agencies to conduct annual audits of sexual offense reports and investigations involving children.

Adds audit procedures as a new requirement (subsection 10) to the existing investigation protocols that county attorneys, sheriffs, and police chiefs must develop and implement in consultation with the department.

Requires each law enforcement agency to track the number of reports received alleging sexual offenses against children and the corresponding number of investigations conducted involving such offenses.

Maintains existing requirements for interdisciplinary investigations, information sharing, training standards, and annual reporting to the governor, legislature, and secretary of state.
