Amends statutes regarding the sale and disposal of forfeited and unclaimed firearms in Arizona.

Removes the one-year timeline requirement for selling forfeited deadly weapons, dangerous instruments, or explosives to authorized federal firearms licensed businesses.

Expands the disposal requirements to include compliance with federal, state, and local law (previously only federal and state law).

Allows law enforcement agencies to trade firearms they have retained to federal firearms licensed businesses in exchange for ammunition, weapons, equipment, or other materials for exclusive law enforcement use.

Applies these changes to firearms forfeited upon felony conviction, as well as firearms subject to forfeiture when a defendant is found incompetent to stand trial.
