Adds "large capacity ammunition feeding device" to Arizona's definition of prohibited weapons, defined as magazines or similar devices with capacity for more than 10 rounds of ammunition (with exception for .22 caliber rimfire devices).

Prohibits manufacturing, possessing, transporting, selling or transferring large capacity ammunition feeding devices, making violation a class 4 felony.

Allows possession of large capacity ammunition feeding devices lawfully possessed before the effective date of the amendment as a grandfathering exception.

Renumbers provisions in Arizona Revised Statutes sections 13-3101, 13-3102, 13-3110, and 13-3112 to accommodate the new large capacity ammunition feeding device definition and restrictions.
