Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 14-12301 to modify procedures for transferring guardianship or conservatorship to another state.

Requires court to hold a hearing on transfer petitions and notify interested parties; hearing may be nonappearance unless court or objection requires appearance hearing.

Court may authorize transfer of guardianship if incapacitated person is physically present or expected to move permanently to other state, no valid objection exists, and care plans are reasonable.

Court may authorize transfer of conservatorship if protected person is physically present, expected to move permanently, or has significant connection to other state; no valid objection exists; and property management arrangements are adequate.

Court shall enter final order confirming transfer and terminating guardianship/conservatorship upon receipt of provisional order from receiving state and required termination documents including accounting.
