Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 25-403.05 to add restrictions on parenting rights for individuals convicted of sexual assault.

Prohibits a natural father convicted of sexual assault from obtaining legal decision-making authority or parenting time with a child conceived as a result of that sexual assault.

Maintains existing restrictions preventing registered sex offenders and those convicted of first-degree murder (where the victim is the other parent) from obtaining sole or joint legal decision-making or unsupervised parenting time unless the court finds no significant risk to the child.

Requires courts to consider domestic violence evidence and expert testimony regarding abuse when evaluating whether a parent convicted of murdering the other parent poses a risk to the child.

Requires parents or custodians to immediately notify the other parent or custodian if a registered sex offender, person convicted of a dangerous crime against children, or other prohibited person may have access to the child through mail, electronic means, or court-approved communication.
