Requires persons making contributions through intermediaries or agents to fully disclose the identity of the intermediary, original source of funds, and any other intermediaries involved in the contribution chain.

Requires recipients of contributions made through intermediaries to fully disclose the same identification information regarding intermediaries and original sources.

Makes it a class 6 felony to knowingly give or accept a contribution made in another person's name or through an intermediary without fully disclosing all required identification information.

Expands campaign finance reporting requirements to include identification of intermediaries for contributions, defining an intermediary as someone the recipient would consider the contributor but for disclosure of the original source, or when funds are commingled with other monies used for multiple contributions.
