Amends section 28-8424 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding nonprofit corporation lessees of airports.

Allows nonprofit corporations operating airport facilities to assume exclusive liability or hold harmless a city, town, county, or the state for legal or financial obligations arising from airport operations if expressly designated in the lease agreement.

This liability assumption provision applies only to lease agreements entered into, renewed, or amended on or after the bill's effective date and does not affect pending litigation or existing parties' rights.

Corrects a statutory reference in subsection B from "article" to "articles" regarding Title 41, chapter 4, articles 5 and 6.
