Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 38-502 to modify the definition of "remote interest" in conflict of interest law for public officers.

Changes the threshold for "remote interest" in a trade, business, occupation, profession or class from "at least ten members" to "at least one hundred members."

Adds a new category of "remote interest" for public officers or employees with personal financial interests of less than $500 in actions taken during discharge of official duties.

Clarifies terminology by changing "defined" to "prescribed" in the definition of "public competitive bidding" and correcting "upon" to "on" in subsection (i).
