Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-342 to add a new discretionary power for school district governing boards regarding property leases with qualified nonprofit corporations.

Allows school districts to lease school buildings or sites to and from qualified nonprofit corporations whose primary mission is to serve elementary and secondary education without requiring voter approval.

Requires that at the end of the lease term, all improvements to the school property revert to the school or school district without further payment or compensation.

Applies only to transactions with nonprofit corporations meeting the specified educational mission requirement and does not affect other lease authorization procedures.
