Beginning January 1, 2015, prohibits manufacturing, selling, offering for sale, or distributing infant formula, baby food, or child containers containing bisphenol A (BPA) in Arizona.

Allows sale of existing inventory of BPA-containing infant formula and baby food containers purchased before the effective date until December 31, 2014, if quantities are comparable to prior year purchases.

Establishes civil penalties up to $5,000 per violation, with collected penalties deposited into the Department of Weights and Measures Enforcement Fund.

Requires that BPA be replaced with the least toxic alternative and prohibits replacement with carcinogens rated as EPA Group A, B, or C or reproductive toxicants causing birth defects or developmental harm.

Exempts consumer resale and consumer use distribution from the chapter's requirements and designates the Department of Weights and Measures for enforcement.
